I got a mail from Microsoft/MSN lottery promotion Department - UK that I won the lottery prize amount of GBP 700, 000/-. Initially they asked me to deposit money of GBP 300/- to open an account with first city bank plc for transfer of lottery prize amount. Now they asked me to pay transfer charges of GBP 2200/-.
