I have been an arbys fan for 30 years and have never had a complaint, until now. i visited the arbys in emory tx on 11/20/2009 and the roast beef on the $5 beef and chedder, and the arbys melt was horrible. it had hard spots all over, it was so tough, it wouldnt eve tear when i took a bit. It had black burnt portions throughout. It had very little cheddar sause on both. I went through the drive thru so when i arrived home(14 miles away) I was stuck with the bad product.
