They wanted personal information right after the purchase. I suspect they were trying to steal my identity. You download this software and it doesn't work at all. I had a pop up from my antivirus software warning me it was a very dangerous download. I demanded a refund and they did nothing nor contacted me back. Their technical support is only online and is a fraud! They claim they are a world wide company that cater to corporations daily but yet they only have one guy in customer service.
