Hey guys I too have been a victim of this same scam. I was able to get through to customer service which has been outsourced to a call center by the way. I was told that the fees charged to me were non-refundable. I was able to get my so called membership cancelled to which I was sent a confirmation e-mail for the trouble. The weird thing is when I tried to write to voice my complaint about these charges to that same e-mail it came back returned that the e-mail did not exist!
