i sent a 3600 slide in because it would not power up. i received a new replacement phone but it wont recharge and shows "charger not supported". i called Nokia and they did some diagnosis. they told me i had to send the phone in again and that i had to pay for the shippind again. i informed them that i would not pay for shipping again since i just sent it in last week. i was told there was no other options. i asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold. i waited on hold for 30 minutes, then hung-up. i tried again and wa... read full review »
