We have paid monies to MRI for a snagging list and deep clean that has never happened in our apartment/condominium situated in Lagos Portugal. Albeit, they passed the money on to whoever was supposed to be doing it...but it is still their responsibility. I have emailed them and the cleaning company on numerous occasions to request a refund as we ended up doing the work ourselves, and surprise surprise, all the contact details I had came bouncing back.
