I was charged for an annual renewal for norton and I do not have it on my computer anymore, since I got a new one. Contacted the support, right after receiving the email in which they told me about the upcoming renewal. The support told me they cancelled it on my demand - and just today I got another email telling me they charged my master card today. I am really pissed and angry right now.
