Dear Sir, I have applied a loan for Piaggio-ape 3wheeler through Icici Dsa at tinsukia (assam) & they have issued delivery order in the name of the vehicle dealer. After delivery vhicle got registration charged in the Icici bank hypothication name. But, after sometimes icici, commercial vehicle division Manager, Nitumoni goswami inf0rmed me through their dsa that they have stoped finance & my vehicle has not financed by Icici.
