I went into your Deerfield Beach branch today (Hillsboro Blvd), to open an account and I must say I was surprised at what was happening in your branch. You had a customer who came in to close an account and recoup fees charged on same account. And this is the series of events that can accurately describe what happened: Customers approached the counter to close account and get their $15.00 fees back.
