I enquired about a loan from Yes Loans and they accepted me and took my bank details and told me they would send out the documentation and all I had to do was sign it and send it back and my £1000 would be in my account within days. It has now been 4 weeks or more and nothing has been put into my account but they took £69.50 out which I was not told about when I phoned. That has put me over my overdraft and I have now incurred £98 of overdraft charges. I want my money back plus my bank charges or I will get a lawyer and I will sue them. read full review »
