I was also scammed! I ordered a trial of Dazzle Smile (charged for the trail, received it, cancelled it, sent it back & did receive a full credit on the full retail amount they later charged me & thought that I was done). Later I received a charge for $24.82 from elitepack. I called my credit card company & they gave me their phone number 866-396-2729.
