Bought timeshare in 2003 at Powatan Plantation in Williamsburg, VA. Said maint. fees would not be much over $ 500.00. The first bill was almost $ 700. Up every year after. We upgraded (what a joke) in Feb 08. They said if we get in "the trust" our maint. fees would slow down and not go up much at all. They estimated $ 1, 102, which would be due Jan 09, got the bill for a little over $1, 200. Just received the 2010 bill for $ 1, 500. Up almost $ 300 in one year. How can that be legal.
