Alert Pay Inc., Payment processor is practicing fraud, by allowing a party to process Internet payments through their service, but does not allow the user to refund a customer, with out sending a letter to Alert Pay. They are currently holding $2, 600 of my funds. They say I can not have my money, unless I bring to them Thousands of Dollars every month, in new business.
