All Bell Mobility customers signed contracts and without permission, the company decided to charge for incoming text messages- we had signed contracts! They did this without permission and the decision went unchallenged. When I called the company to ask if I could have the option of removing text messages from my phone altogether they were VERY rude to me and didn't even allow me to speak.
