After collection of a £59 brokers fee with apromise to refund if my loan application is unsuccessful within 2 weeks, Wentworth Direct Finance have bluntly refused to make refunds. Calls are NOT answered after waiting on the line for over 45min or more each time one calls. Is Wentworth Direct Finance a genuine organization.
