I have never experienced worse customer support, and I am involved with customer support on a daily basis. The $18 "Gift Fee" has saved me a lot of money because it has forced me to see that there are much better, and much cheaper alternatives to Greyhound. The fee was charged because my daughter had problems purchasing the tickets with her debit card, it was an issue on Greyhound's side.I would seriously consider reviewing the legality of this process.My daughter started college this year, and I have learned that I would NEVER... read full review »
