The smoke assassin was free, the cartridges that they make you buy are not. I got the product about 10 days after purchasing. Charged it up, had it work for a day, then it stopped working the next day. Called customer service, which disconnected me twice after a long wait. Third time's a charm, talked to someone, they said mail the battery portion back with an rma number and he would get me a new battery in 5 days. I mailed it the next day.
