I have bought Nokia 5800 in 13/11/2009. Today i realized my screen has a problem. I connected to GENPA service (the service takes care of phone problems in Turkey) and Nokia Support Unit. Neither of them has given a dare to my problem. They say they will take my phone to the technical service and it will be repaired in 30 days. I don't want to wait 30 days for my brand new phone's repairy. I want to have my phone changed with the new one works properly. read full review »
