24On dated 24.11.2009 I have recieved a SMS from 56700 on my mobile no.9461192420 stateing BSNL Tune servise shall be renewed from 25.11.2009 which was activated with out my consent.In the reply of said SMS I informed that I dont need any renewal of tones.Despite my nagetive responce my mobile account is debited for Rs.25/- and another Rs.12/- on accont ofBSNL tunes.
