My GreenDot Premier card expired at the end of October 2009. About two weeks prior to that, I was supposed to have received a replacement card. At close to the end of the month, I called Green Dot (which isn't easy; you have to jump through a few hoops before you can talk to a human being), got someone with a thick foreign accent to whom I asked the question, when is my card coming?
