I have been charged for unauthorized items on my credit cards. I have since returned/not accepted the last shipment, but am told by customer service that I won't get reimbursed for it. A have attached a letter that I have submitted to my local Better Business Bureau and the consumer board in the UK. I have also attached a list of the many names that this company uses.
