I used a promotional rate check for a locked in interest rate of 4.99% good until your balance was paid off. I got my January statement and there is an additional $10 for finance charges billed to me and my minimum due has tripled from the month before. I called Chase and questioned the charge and difference in min. due. They said I was sent a letter in Nov, 2008, which stated I have two choices.
