It's so poor to hear from ICICI Direct helpdesk that their system can't print "/" (say 9/45 ) in the customer's address. Stupid representative who couldn't speak proper english came to my house and collected all the documents with Rs.975 cheque to open the ICICI Direct account.Cheque cleared but i didnt receive my trading password yet.
