Sir/Madam I brought a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music from Nokia priority dealer, Balasore, orissa with IMEI No.- 356910036572162 on 23.09.2009 with a cost of Rs.13500/- but the phone was not swithed on after 25 day’s of purchase.
