Dear Sir, I was working with a Private company in Mohali for last 3 years & then i got one good opportunity of job in some other city. I resiged & gave notice period of 30 days & was releived on 30th day with all formalities completed. now its been 45 days & the company is not paying my dues amounting to Rs. 60000. on asking about the dues, they say that company is not having money.
