This woman was a private seller on ebay, she sold me a fake rolex watch for £675 and i have spent the last year trying to get my money back. she'l agree to repay and then change her mind, i have written to her and also a solicitor has sent her a letter i also sent her a copy of a letter from goldsmiths stating that the watch is a fake and she still wont give me my money back saying she wants 3 letters from 3 different rolex dealers stating the watch is fake! there aren't 3 rolex dealer close to where i live. she is patronising... read full review »

in December 2008 i ordered and paid for via paypal some sundance deckers ugg boots at £90. after 6 weeks i contacted the company and was told they'd had a fire and did i still want the boots, i said yes another 6 weeks later i still hadn't recieved the boots, i complained to paypal, they found in my favour but could not retrive the money, i contacted the company via email another 5 times over the following 7 months and was promised a cheque but it has never arrived. this also happened to my friend but as she paid on a credit... read full review »
