On 13 September 2009 I booked a 2 night's accommodation at GLO hotel in Helsinki, Finland at a cost of 216.14 euro. On 29 of September 2009 I received a notice of cancellation from bookinhotels.com and to date I have not received a refund. I tried to contact email, fax and telephone after receiving the cancellation to ask for a refund of my reservation, they never responded in any way.
