End of Aug I spoke to ATT to order a DSL(Dry loop, no phone). She said that I would be receiving 100$ rebate for starting the connection. That was one of the main reasons I got ATT. A few weeks later I called them to ask about the rebate, they said since its just a couple of week please wait. I thought to myself "Fair enough". A lot of weeks later on Dec 23rd I called them again, she said that somehow the customer representative forgot to send out the rebate and that she will be sending it right away and I will receive it in 4-6 week... read full review »
