I too have been ripped off by FWM Laboratories. Ordered the Acaci Berry product for trial, paying shipping only - received it 1/17/09 along with a debit to my account of $87.13 - have made 4 futile attempts to get a refund - have returned the product with an RMA number to no avail. I have reported them to the Florida Consumers Department of the Secretary of State's Office and I am lodging a complaint with the Prosecutors Office as well.
