A Sony laptop was advertised for $399...Black Friday deal..shop onlin 2AM 11/26 or in stores 5 AM 11/27.. I was online from 1:30 AM til 3:30 AM the laptop was NEVER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE..it kept saying COMING SOON! customer service said the website made a TYPO..it should have said 12 AM 11/27 online..so today, 11/26 Thursday at 10 AM I went to the website and WOW..it now shows SOLD OUT online..so did that rep lie to me? was it ever available? so I called and spoke to 3 different reps today..the 1st two said to go online at 12 AM..so I wa... read full review »
