I am filing this complaint on behalf of my 90 year old Air Force veteran father. He was looking to reduce his monthly mortgage payment via a refinance. He came across Quicken Loans advertised 5% interest rate and was contacted by Michael Telekesy, a Quicken Loans rep who told him he could get a 5% rate and would only cost $400.
