I have purchased an apartment with 3 years guaranteed rental...or so I thought. The contact stated the payment but it turns out the Legal firm, LEGAL INDEPENDANCE appear to be working the the developer CONTRACT INVEST as well as the buyers. They will take up my case for 1000Euros to ask the developer but they cannot give any assurance of a successful outcome?
