On Saturday, November 21, 2009, my wife, 2 adult sons and myself, went into the Perkins Restaurant on Route 300 in Newburgh, New York at 5:44 and were shown to a table. We waited 15 minutes and were never given a menu. We waited another 5 minutes and when I saw a server coming our way, I asked if someone was going to wait on us. She put her nose in the air and acted as if she didn't see my hand which was no more than 6 feet away from her. With that, we left.
