Hello All. I have read the following on Mr. Keane and Perission Entertainment Inc. Perission Entertainment Inc., is owned by numerous investors. It has a CEO, Board of Director and a corporate attorney. Mr. Keane was hired by the CEO and Board to run the day to day operations of the business. I am an investor in this company and have been since January 2009. I have personally gotten to know Mr. Keane and the entire staff at Perission this past year.
