West Gate Resorts invited us to a sales presentation of their travel club and we did not purchase it - we were given a voucher to choose of several gifts that were going to be given by CERTS Co. WE filled out the vouchers, got a postal money order and sent it in. We sent it registered and got back the confirmation but they, Certs STILL insisted that they never received it. We can't find the post office money order receipt anywhere - it is SOMEWHERE IN THE HOUSE !!! and we are going nuts looking for it, but meanwhile, Certs has our $250... read full review »
