They are running an illegal business! I signed up for free coffee from them in June 2009. A week after receiving my first shipment, I received another shipment. I did not want to continue the membership so I called and cancelled it and asked to return my shipment. I was told to mark it return to sender and take to post office and then I would receive a refund. I did as instructed. 30 days later I still had not received my refund so I contacted the company and was told they had up to 90 days to make the refund. 90+ days later, still no refund... read full review »
