Sir, I am Devaki, my booking no of bharat gas is 25965 at Arumbakkam chennai - 600 106. I booked the gas on 23.11.09. I have only one cylinder in my name. Our gas agency not delivery the cylinder to our house. they are saying it will take 15 days time to delivery. I am explained to her we have only one cyclinder. Now I am very much strugling to cook in kerosine stove. I made 15 calls to Bharat gas agency. They are not taken any further steps to delivery. Kindly proceed my complaint against Bharat Gas.
