I bought the Sony Home Theater system DAV DZ-390 IN Aug 2009, from Home Town, Noida. After 5 week of use, one day it failed to operate give "Push Power Protect" error in the display. When I contacted the Sony, they promised in 24 Hrs Sony service person will visit my house. But it took 4 day and repeated call.
