It is a big scam. I was searching for a service manual for a small kitchen appliance through a popular search engine. The search led me to www.pdfdowloads.com, listing the document I was looking for. Then this link led me to www.download-zzz and then it got worse. To download the file, you have to register and pay a membership. I have no problem with that, as long as I get value for what I pay.
