I have stumbled across this website, primarily to vent my frustration in having to deal with a bank who obviously have no concern for their customers. I rang the customer service line over 4 weeks ago to arrange an appointment at my local branch to pick up £3500 in cash from my ISA. The customer manager assured me he had sent a fax to have the money ready after 48 hours.
