During business downturn due to economy we were forced to file personal bankruptcy in January. Throughout the entire process we did get 30 days behind on mortgage but have continued to make full payments including late charge every month since. Wells Fargo is now threatening foreclosure if we are not current by 12/15/09. We have called repeatedly over the last several months and have been told various things from basically go pound sand through we have nothing to worry about unless we get 90 days behind.
