I have called and emailed this company numerous times after the first month of signing up for the service. The toll free number sends you into a holding loop and no one ever answers. I have been on hold for as long as 25 minutes waiting for sometime to speak, and then the system transfers you and cuts you off. I have sent emails to "[email protected] demanding cancellation of this account and they always reply "Thank you for ordering Grant Research Guide..." followed by an order number.
