I changed services from verizon to suddenlink. I got the phone, internet and cable package. The tech came out around 2 friday. He was here to 5. He left saying that he could not fix it and where it was so late no one else would come out and help him. I told he that i am 5 months pregnant and cant wait that long to get it hooked cause i have to go outside to use my cell and it is snowing. He told me there is nothing he could do about it.
