So, all last week I was trying to pay my Chase Credit Card online, however, every day, the website was down for "Maintenance." I always pay online because if I send it in the mail it sometimes gets "lost" and when you pay over the phone, they charge a $15.oo fee. The payment was due on THANKSGIVING and because I was away, I could not pay on the phone because I did not have my banking information and the site was down again.
