What a rip off! I went in to get my car's front brakes changed. The manager suggested the basic change of pads with what seemed a reasonable price. However, shortly after they disassembled the wheels, they came back indicating that the car needed new rotors due to heavy rusting. The manager used the computer to prove that they could not be resurfaced. When I asked him for the price, he said quoted a number that seemed high and I asked for the car's factory parts.
