I visited my brother in louisville, ky and we went to pf changs in louisville and we never got after waiting nearly 2 hours. The customer sevice was horrible. They just forgot about us and there was attempt to let us know hou much longer it was going to take to get in. nothing was said. They did not even offer us anything to drink. Yon need to tell people the truth on how long it will take to get in. I think waiting 2 hours is too long to wait in any restaurt. I had heard how good the food was, but I do not think it is that good to be waiting for 2hours I will never eat at a pf changs restarant. You need to think of your customers. read full review »
