This company's ad is very misleading regarding the free trial. I ordered the product, and had 10 days to call in to cancel auto-shipping and billing. I called the next day with great effort of being on hold for a very long time, and then the lady answered and tried to bribe me to keep trial offer at a discounted rate. I said NO...and so when I asked for a confirmation number for the cancellation...she said she would send me an email.
