Software HQ is a total scam site. They overcharged my credit card for more than what was authorized. I authorized $12.65 and was charged for $52.92. The 800# that they provide prompts you to leave a message. They know that they are scam artist, that's why you never get a real person. I never received a return phone call. I made the attempt in contacting them by email. They refuse to refund me.
