I purchased 2 pairs of Ugg boots and they were sent to me in one box wrapped in plastic with no booklet on care of the boots there are absolute fake and are passed offas authentic. The site does not tell you that the boots are being shipped from China. They do not answer your emails regarding returning your purchase back to them to get a refund. I suggest no one purchase their items from this website. They misrepresent themselves and leave you stuck with a product that was to be authentic and it is a fake. read full review »
