Back in Feb 2009 ... directed- by the company- I promptly returned my unused package of Total Cleanse to the address they provided to me. This was to qualify me for the guaranteed refund of 78.84 that they stole from my account! I have called them almost monthly to hound them about my lack of refund and they assured me I would get it shortly- Yesterday- after taking a few months off of frustrating phone calls..
